Guest Information

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., with check-out at Noon. In compliance with ADA, The Inn is completely handicap accessible. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. We regret our rooms are inappropriate for children under 13 years of age, and unfortunately, we cannot allow pets. Due to the preservation status of the building and its contents, all guests are requested to confine smoking to the verandas.

Reservation Policy

We will hold rooms you request with your 50% deposit of the reserved stay. The deposit will be applied to the first and last nights of your reserved stay. If you arrive after the date specified, or leave early, the deposit will be forfeited.

Rates

All room rates are based on single occupancy. Each additional guest is $15.00. Room rates start at $99.00, and all room rates are subject to a 10% room tax.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit, less a $20.00 service charge, will be refunded up to 14 days prior to the first day of your reservation. If you must make a last minute cancellation, we will return the deposit, less the service charge, if we are able to rent the room to another guest over the reserved period. Naturally we will make every effort to rent the room and return your deposit.

Travel Agents

A 10% commission is given to registered travel agents, per room per night booked.

Amtrak

We offer Amtrak pick up from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. with advance notice.
