We regret our rooms are inappropriate for children under 13 years of age, and unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.
Due to the preservation status of the building and its contents, all guests are requested to confine smoking to the verandas.
We will hold the rooms you request with your 50% deposit of the reserved stay. The deposit will be applied to the first and last night of your reserved stay. If you arrive after the date specified, or leave early, the deposit will be forfeited.
All room rates are based on single occupancy. Each additional guest is $17.00. Room rates start at $99.00, and all room rates are subject to a room tax. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit, less a $22.00 service charge, will be refunded up to 7 days prior to the first day of your reservation. If you must make a last minute cancellation, we will return the deposit, less the service charge, if another guest does not occupy your room over the reserved period. Naturally, we will make every effort to fill the room with another guest and return your deposit.
Registered travel agents receive a 10% commission per room per night booked.
We offer Amtrak pick up from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. with advance notice.
